Brooke is our Social Media Manager for both our Empire location. She brings over 2 years of experience in the dental field and has been with the company since early 2024. She is passionate about making the workplace vibrant, engaging, and ensuring that both our staff and patients feel welcomed. She takes pride in creating captivating content and enhancing our practice’s online presence. She thrives on giving our patients the best experience possible.
Outside of the office, Brooke is an avid reader and travel enthusiast. Her love for reading and traveling keeps her inspired and always on the lookout for new adventures.

Miranda is one of our Assistant Office Managers for our Beavercreek location. With 5 years of experience in the dental field and 3 years in a management role, she is dedicated to helping patients with their dental needs and thrives on working with a dynamic and supportive team. Her approach to management focuses on empathy and efficiency, ensuring that both patients and staff feel valued and well-cared for.
Outside of work, Miranda loves spending time with her Husband, Stepdaughter, and their two energetic Boxers. Whether they’re camping, bowling, or enjoying other family activities, her weekends are filled with fun and relaxation, reflecting her love for adventure and family connections.

Meet Tameka
Tameka is our lead Oral Surgery Assistant for both of our Empire locations. She brings over 6 years of dental and oral surgery experience, with 3 of those being in a leadership position. Staff diversity is one of the reasons Tameka chose Empire as her forever dental home.
As lead assistant, Tameka prides herself in always putting the patient first and gets instant gratification over relieving someone’s pain. She believes in self-love and being kind to yourself, so you can be kind to others. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her family, meeting new people, and trying new restaurants!

Meet Ashley
Ashley is our lead Endodontic Assistant for both of our Empire locations. She brings over 6 years of dental experience and has been with Empire since 2022. Ashley believes helping people get out of pain can be life changing and loves being part of that process.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and animals. A major part of her life includes helping her grandpa on his farm and participating in horse shows!

Meet Julie
Julie is our lead Ortho Assistant for our West Chester location. She began her Orthodontic career in 1994 and later joined the Empire team in 2014. Julie believes that the patients’ experience should be top priority, and she works hard to make sure they feel comfortable in our office. When Julie isn’t listening to Taylor Swift she enjoys reading, sewing, and thrifting.

Heather is our lead Ortho Assistant for our Beavercreek office. She began her career in Orthodontics in 1999 and has been with Empire since 2015. She finds it rewarding to help patients achieve a beautiful smile and a renewed sense of confidence. In her free time, you will most likely find Heather hanging out with her adored grandchildren.

We have offices in both Beavercreek and West Chester that are convenient and easy to find.
