Meet Meranda
Meranda is our Regional Manager with 10 years of experience in the dental field and 30 years in management. She values kindness, compassion, laughter, and integrity, leading her team with positivity and a genuine desire to create a nurturing environment. Meranda takes pride in fostering growth among doctors and team members, ensuring that everyone feels valued and fulfilled in their roles. Her commitment to patient care reflects her belief that a comforting and joyful atmosphere enhances the experience for everyone involved.
Outside of work, you can find Meranda enjoying a good book or spending quality time with her family and friends. She has 3 adult children and their spouses, along with 10 (soon to be 11!) grandchildren, and loves cheering them on at their sporting events while basking in their laughter. An avid lover of water and warm weather, Meranda is always up for summer adventures and treasures the moments spent with loved ones and new friends alike.

Meet Gabi
Gabi brings 6 years of experience in the dental field, having worn many hats across both general and specialty dentistry. As the Marketing Director, she loves combining her passion for dentistry with her creativity and love for marketing to help the practice continue to grow and thrive. One of her favorite parts of her role is building meaningful relationships with referring doctors, strengthening those connections, and watching Empire grow bigger and better every day.
Outside of work, Gabi is a wife, mom to twin boys, proud dog mom, and a photographer who loves capturing life’s sweetest moments. When she isn’t working or behind the camera, you can usually find her rewatching Gilmore Girls, watching Dancing with the Stars, relaxing by the water—whether at a lake or the beach—or spending quality time with friends and family. She also loves thrifting and antiquing in search of hidden treasures.

Meet Brooke
Brooke is our Orthodontic Office Manager. With several years of experience in the dental field, she has grown with the practice and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both patients and her team. In her role, she oversees the day to day operations of the orthodontic office, supports her team, and helps create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued. Brooke loves the people focused side of orthodontics and building genuine relationships with patients and team members. She takes pride in creating a warm, comfortable experience for patients throughout their orthodontic journey and loves seeing their confidence grow as their smiles change.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys reading, traveling, discovering new places, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her dog, Nala. Whether she’s planning her next trip or simply making memories with the people she loves, Brooke is always looking forward to her next adventure.

Meet Miranda
Miranda serves as the Practice Manager for Oral Surgery & Endodontics at the West Chester location and as Assistant Practice Manager at the Beavercreek location. With extensive experience and training in the dental field, Miranda is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while supporting and developing a strong, collaborative team. Her leadership approach is centered on empathy, efficiency, and open communication. She strives to create an environment where both patients and team members feel valued, supported, and confident in the care they receive.
Outside of the office, Miranda enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their two energetic Boxers. Her family loves camping, playing board games, and making memories through new adventures and activities. Family, connection, and adventure are at the heart of what she enjoys most when she’s away from work

Meet Tameka
Tameka is our lead Oral Surgery Assistant for both of our Empire locations. She brings over 6 years of dental and oral surgery experience, with 3 of those being in a leadership position. Staff diversity is one of the reasons Tameka chose Empire as her forever dental home.
As lead assistant, Tameka prides herself in always putting the patient first and gets instant gratification over relieving someone’s pain. She believes in self-love and being kind to yourself, so you can be kind to others. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her family, meeting new people, and trying new restaurants!

Meet Ashley
Ashley is our lead Endodontic Assistant for both of our Empire locations. She brings over 6 years of dental experience and has been with Empire since 2022. Ashley believes helping people get out of pain can be life changing and loves being part of that process.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and animals. A major part of her life includes helping her grandpa on his farm and participating in horse shows!

Meet Julie
Julie is our lead Ortho Assistant for our West Chester location. She began her Orthodontic career in 1994 and later joined the Empire team in 2014. Julie believes that the patients’ experience should be top priority, and she works hard to make sure they feel comfortable in our office. When Julie isn’t listening to Taylor Swift she enjoys reading, sewing, and thrifting.

Meet Heather
Heather is our lead Ortho Assistant for our Beavercreek office. She began her career in Orthodontics in 1999 and has been with Empire since 2015. She finds it rewarding to help patients achieve a beautiful smile and a renewed sense of confidence. In her free time, you will most likely find Heather hanging out with her adored grandchildren.

Kyla is the Practice Manager at our Beavercreek location, where she is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive environment for both patients and team members. She believes the workplace should be a place where people can grow, work together, and provide exceptional patient care while still making room for laughter, fun, and enjoying the day-to-day.
Outside of work, Kyla is a proud mom to her daughter and stepdaughter. She loves spending time with her family, making memories, and exploring thrift stores in search of unique and one-of-a-kind treasures. Whether she’s finding her next great thrifted piece or sharing a laugh with the people she loves, Kyla brings warmth, fun, and personality to everything she does.

Valerie is the Billing Director at Empire Dental Specialty Group, where she brings six years of experience in the dental field and a genuine passion for helping create organized, positive experiences for patients and dental teams. She enjoys being part of an industry that helps people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable while contributing to the practice’s day-to-day success.
A fun fact about Valerie is that she met her husband, Mikey, at Empire Dental Specialty Group. Mikey also works in the dental field, and together they are proud parents to their baby boy, Atlas. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching television and movies, and relaxing with her three beloved cats.
